Everyday ChallengeMy name is Alise and initially I created this blog as my own reminder to overcome laziness and to focus on healthier lifestyle. But soon I realized that I actually like writing blog posts and thought to myself that maybe I could make this blog as a source of inspiration for other newbies like me! Yeah, yeah I know… Just another online fitness “guru”. But, hey – you never know till you try, right?

I’m a preschool teacher and, yes, it is a pretty good cardio, but it’s not enough to call myself fit. So for now I am commited to create a content that inspires and empowers women (and men – why not?) to find their path… from sofa to gym! Or at least next to sofa to do some exercises.

Of course, it is not all about having the perfect body or seeing a certain number on the scale, but still… It is a great feeling when you can look in the mirror and see the best version of you. It is not always an easy thing to achieve, but one of my aims is to find ways to make our little everyday challenges more enjoyable and less painful.

In case you’re still wondering – I’m not a fitness professional, but I am very interested in this field. I hope that in the near future I’ll realize my dream to become a certified personal trainer.
