Hey guys! I know it’s been a while, but I’m back now. Also the summer is almost here, but there’s no need to panic. I have a rescue plan!
If you are a woman (hate to admit that, but especially if you are over 30), there’s a 90% chance that you have been afflicted by cellulite. Women spend millions a year on anti-cellulite products. And there is more than just creams to tempt us. I’m not even going to start to list what women do to fight that damn orange peel.
So what, exactly, is cellulite or so called orange peel?
Is it the result of a build-up of toxins in the body (caffeine, alcohol, nicotine)? Is it fat by another name that we should just learn to live with? Or maybe it is a whim of the Nature and as a result some of us have a genetic predisposition…
If you ask what causes this nightmare:
- Poor diet;
- Lack of physical activities;
- Hormone changes;
- Slow metabolism;
- Total body fat;
- Too tight clothing.
As a result these otherwise normal fat cells swell and clump together. How to prevent or even stop this from happening? Well…you’ll get a different answer depending on whom you ask. Every specialist has a different opinion.
Regardless of the causes of cellulite, we desperately want to get rid of it. Now, please, be honest with yourself – how much have you spent for various anti-cellulite products and procedures, and how many of them have actually helped? I believe that the answer might sound like: a lot (money) and some or neither of them (results).
Then why do women continue to empty their wallets and delude themselves? I know, I know – we all want to look in the best possible way and sometimes even a limited budget can’t stand in our way to the eternal beauty…
Fortunately, there are known and proven (and CHEAP!) methods, which are a great alternative to expensive products. Plus, if you are friends with sports activities, the results vest 90%. Yes, 90%, because unfortunately there is also a stage of cellulite, which can be treated only by specialists. But, fortunately, most women have the orange peel that can be reduced.
How to reduce appearance of cellulite?
It’s easy – a honey massage! During this massage there is a sudden circulatory improvement in the skin, subcutaneous fat and muscle. Skin absorbs the substances which are in the honey, and they absorbs toxins, cleanses the surface of the skin and makes it silky, firm and smooth.
For anti-cellulite honey massage you will need:
- Some dose of patience;
- 20 to 30 minutes of every other day;
- A jar of raw, liquid honey.
Take the honey (with dry hands) – about a tablespoon (obviously there is more honey in the pictures, but it is only for a visual material).
With gentle movements apply it to the desired area. Massage every area separately – complete the first one, then go to next (every area 5 – 10 min). “Glue” your sticky hands firmly to the skin and rapidly tear them off – that is the basic movement of the honey massage.
Each time you “glue” your hand to the skin, that movement should become faster and stronger – press the hand close to the skin and tear off as fast as you can.
Oh, just one more thing – it will hurt… And it’s very likely that this procedure will leave tiny bruises, but they will soon fade away. Call me weird, but I like how it hurts – it just means that my cellulite is melting :D. Plus it is also a mini arm workout. After procedure rinse off the honey with warm water and put on some body lotion.
Repeat this for 1 month every other day. It means 15 painful days toward a nicer butt. But it is soo worth it! It’s cheap, you can do it at home and you don’t need any preparation. Good luck!
