Fruit smoothie from scratch

Hey guys! Nothing special for today, just a small reminder that will make your day healthier. This morning I woke up very happy and very hungry and went straight to my fridge, but what I found there was a big, fat nothing. So much for my happy morning… All I had was some fruit, but since I’m not a fruit person I decided to make a breakfast smoothie from scratch instead. And you know what? It came out super tasty! And what is more important – it was a decent dose of vitamins and energy.

For this power smoothie you will need:

  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Persimmon
  • 1 Banana
  • Few frozen raspberries
  • Few frozen blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Few drops of lemon juice
